Privacy Policy

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email, community, property address, and any message you send through Site forms.
• Information collected automatically: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and a randomly generated identifier. We do not use Google Analytics to collect your name, email or phone number.
• Communications: records of texts, calls and emails we exchange with you.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. Analytics cookies are only set after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics does not set cookies (Google Consent Mode may still send cookieless, anonymous pings that cannot identify you). You can change your choice anytime with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, by clearing cookies, or with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To send the guides, listing and market updates you request; to respond to questions and provide real estate services; to send follow-up texts, calls and emails you consented to; to improve the Site; and to meet legal, licensing and brokerage recordkeeping duties.

If you check the consent box, you agree to receive texts from JOSE N PAREDES LLC (North Naples Communities / Nico Paredes) about real estate updates and your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages (for example, our CRM and carriers).

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• Our brokerage, John R. Wood Properties, as required for licensing and supervision.
• Service providers acting for us: HighLevel / LeadConnector (website, forms, CRM, SMS and email), Google (analytics, email), and our hosting and phone providers.
• Other parties to a transaction you ask us to help with (for example lenders, title or another agent), only with your direction.
• Authorities when required by law.

We keep contact and inquiry records as long as needed to serve you and as required by Florida real estate recordkeeping rules (generally at least 5 years for transaction records), then delete or anonymize them. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

• Email: click “unsubscribe” in any email. Text: reply STOP. Calls: ask us to stop.
• Request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing nico@nicosteam.com.
• California, and residents of other states with privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon), may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by those laws. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent.
• Visitors from the EU/UK: our legal basis is your consent (analytics, marketing texts) and our legitimate interest in responding to your requests. You may withdraw consent anytime and complain to your local data protection authority. Data is processed in the United States.

The Site is not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date.
